These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our sports aggregation platform, local tournament directory, and vendor banner promotion services in Odisha, India. By accessing or using Banner Plus, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1 User Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Users, event organizers, and vendors must provide accurate, lawful, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
2 Platform Aggregator Services
Banner Plus operates as a digital aggregator for local sports tournaments, matches, schedules, and grassroot athletic events across Odisha. Event details submitted by organizers are subject to administrative review before publication. While we strive to ensure accurate information, Banner Plus is not responsible for unscheduled venue changes or weather-related match postponements initiated by third-party organizers.
3 Vendor Banner Placement & Payments
Registered vendors can place bids for featured banner promotion positions on our platform feed. All promotion fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments for promotional banner placements are securely processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments India. By completing a banner bidding order, you authorize the charge of the specified total amount in INR.
4 Intellectual Property Rights
All software, UI designs, graphics, branding, trademarks, and code powering Banner Plus are the exclusive property of Banner Plus. Users and vendors retain ownership of their uploaded tournament banners and promotional assets, granting Banner Plus a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform.
5 Prohibited Use & Content Rules
Users must not upload misleading, offensive, copyrighted, fraudulent, or unlawful content. Banner Plus reserves the right to remove any tournament listing or promotional banner that violates our community standards, without prior notice.
6 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under or in connection with Banner Plus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mayurbhanj, Odisha, India.
